If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

“Products” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
1. Cancellation & Modification

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

In exceptional cases, you may email us at contact@careeer.in within 4 hours of placing the order. However, acceptance of such a request is solely at our discretion.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns unless the book is:

Physically damaged, and such damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Missing pages, reported within 10 days of delivery.
❗ Printing errors or formatting flaws are not grounds for return or replacement.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim, you must share an uncut, continuous and clear unboxing video from the time before the initiation of the unboxing of the package. Please note, clear video of all the sides of the package must be provided to ensure that the package was intact before unboxing.

Claims without such a video will not be entertained.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only when:

We are unable to fulfill a valid replacement request.

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Online Transaction Errors
If your online payment fails, results in double charges, or is not reflected:

Such issues are the sole responsibility of the payment gateway provider.
